We collect the profile details and portrait you submit so the alumni set can create and manage member cards. Your information is stored for the organization’s member-record purposes and is not sold.

Only authorized operators should access member records. The card link uses a random identifier, but you should still share it only with people you trust. The organization should define its retention period, backups, and deletion process before launch.
